Section 2

SEC. 2. Subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a) and paragraph (b) of Article 217 of the Labor Code are amended to read as follows: "(2) Those that involve wages, hours of work and other terms and conditions of employment; and" "(b) The Commission shall have exclusive appellate jurisdiction over all cases decided by Labor Arbiters."
