Section 34
SEC. 34. Official Vehicles and Transport.—Government motor transportation may be used by the following officials, and those who may be specifically authorized by the President, with costs chargeable to the appropriations authorized for their respective offices: The President of the Philippines ; The Prime Minister; The Speaker of the Batasang Pambansa; The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court; The Deputy Prime Minister; The Ministers, Deputy Ministers and officials of equivalent rank; The Ministers of State; The Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals; Ambassadors, Ministers Plenipotentiary and Consuls in charge of Consulates, in their respective stations abroad; The Chief of Staff, the Vice Chief of Staff, and the Commanding Generals of the major services of the Armed Forces of the Philippines ; and The Heads of Constitutional Offices.
