Section 46

SEC. 46. Condition for Release of Funds for Training Programs.—Ministries, bureaus, offices or agencies shall formulate and review their training programs in the light of the need to train personnel in skills and attitudes. Such training programs shall be submitted to the Training Coordination Committee created under LOI No. 754, which shall review and evaluate the training activities. No appropriation for training shall be released without such review and evaluation.
