SEC. 20. All amounts appropriated for the Lucban National College or the Lucban National High School are hereby transferred to the Southern Luzon Polytechnic College, to be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Starting Calendar Year 1983 such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the college shall be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act.
