SEC 14. Limitation of action. —(a) No action shall be maintained to enforce any liability created under Section 12 or Section 13of this Act unless brought within two years after the discovery of the untrue statement or the omission, or, if the action is to enforce a liability created under Section 13 (a) (1), unless brought within two years after the violation upon which it is based. In no event shall any such action be brought to enforce a liability created under Section 12 or 13(a) (1) more than five years after the security was bona fide offered to the public, or under Section 13 (a) (2) more than five years after the sale. (b) No action shall be maintained to enforce any liability created under Section 13 (b) or any other provision of this Act unless brought within two years after the discovery of the facts constituting the cause of action and within five years after such cause of action accrued.
