Section 42

SEC. 42. Association of Securities brokers, dealers, underwriters, transfer agents and salesmen. —The Commission may prescribe rules and regulations which are necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors to govern associations of brokers, dealers, underwriters, transfer agents and/or salesmen.
