Section 55
SEC. 55. Effectivity of rules and regulations. —The rules and regulations promulgated by the Commission shall be published in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines or in the Official Gazette, at the option of the Commission, and unless otherwise prescribed by the Commission, the same shall be effective fifteen (15) days after the date of last publication.
