SEC. 2. The boundaries of the new Municipality of Roseller Lim shall be: "Beginning from point marked ‘1’ at the center of the mouth of Gango creek; thence following the shore line southwesterly to Busan Bay to point ‘2’ at the mouth of Tupilac River going upstream until it reaches the provincial boundary of Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Norte known as point '3'; thence following the provincial boundary of Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga del Norte with an approximate distance of 21,000 meters to point ‘4’; thence S 81 degrees 00 minutes E with a distance of 2,350 meters to point ‘5’;thence N 15 degrees 00 minutes E with a distance 6,500 meters to point ‘6’ at the bank of Gango creek; thence southwesterly following Gango creek downstream with a distance of 1,200 meters to point '7'; thence southeasterly following Gango creek downstream with approximate distance of 9,800 meters to point '1' which is the point of beginning."
