Section 12

SEC. 12. There shall be a Secretary of the College who shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees. He shall be the Registrar of the College and also be the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. He shall keep the records of the College, and shall exercise such powers, and perform such duties as may be designated by the Board of Trustees.
