Submission of Financial Statements.

Section 53

SEC. 53. Submission of Financial Statements.—All government-owned or controlled corporations shall submit to the Office of Budget and Management and to the members of the Batasan their respective financial statements, including plans, programs, targets and other reports as may be required from time to time. The annual reports shall be done and submitted as herein provided on or before March 31, of the succeeding year.
