Definition of Terms.

Section 26

SEC. 26. Definition of Terms.—The terms used in this Chapter are denned as follows: "Schools" are duly established institutions of learning or educational institutions. "Public Schools" are educational institutions established and administered by the government. "Private Schools" are educational institutions maintained and administered by private individuals or groups.
