Section 65

SEC. 65. Bureau of Higher Education. — The Bureau of Higher Education shall perform the following functions: Develop, formulate and evaluate programs, projects and educational standards for a higher education; Provide staff assistance to the Board of Higher Education in its policy formulation and advisory functions; Provide technical assistance to encourage institutional development programs and projects; Compile analyze and evaluate data on higher education; and Perform other functions provided for by law.
