SEC. 17. The requirements provided for in this Act which may be detrimental to the present faculty and employees of the Northern Mindanao National Agricultural College, who may be absorbed by the Northern Mindanao State Institute of Science and Technology, shall not apply to them. But future appointees to the said Institute shall be subject to all the requirements provided for in this Act.
