Section 4

SEC. 4. Within sixty (60) days after ratification by the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite supervised by the Commission on Elections to be conducted in the affected area of the present municipalities of Dupax del Sur and Dupax del Norte within a period of ninety (90) days after the approval of this Act, the President (Prime Minister) shall appoint the Mayor and other officials to hold elective positions in the new Municipality of Alfonso Castaneda.
