SEC. 17. All assets including the present appropriation of the Antique School of Arts and Trades whether fixed or movable, records and personnel, are hereby transferred to the Polytechnic State College of Antique. Thereafter, funds for the maintenance and operation of the College shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
