SEC. 2. The Calubian National Vocational School, in addition to offering general secondary, technological, forestry and other vocational courses, is authorized to expand its curricular offerings, even on collegiate level, as may be deemed necessary by the Minister of Education and Culture who, for this purpose, is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
