SEC. 22. The Bureau of Lands, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and the Bureau of Forest Development are hereby directed to coordinate with the Samar Polytechnic State College for the endowment and/or expropriation of at least three hundred hectares out of the alienable and disposable areas of the Province of Samar, Municipality of Catbalogan for the forestry and fishery programs of the State College.
