Barangay Budget.

Section 104

SEC. 104. Barangay Budget.— (1) The annual budget of the barangay shall consist of two parts: (a) The existing balances and estimate of income certified collectible by the city or municipal treasurer from local and national sources; and (b) The total appropriation covering current operating expenditures and capital outlays, if any. (2) For the purpose of subparagraph (a) hereof, the city or municipal treasurer shall issue the required certifications on existing balances and estimates of income within such period as may be prescribed by existing laws.
