Section 132

SEC. 132. Membership in Sanggunians.— (1) Upon his appointment by the President of the Philippines and during his tenure of office, the kabataang barangay provincial, city or municipal federation president shall be a member of the provincial, city or municipal sanggunian, as the case may be. (2) As member of the sanggunian, the kabataang barangay provincial, city or municipal federation president shall automatically become the chairman of the committee on youth and sports development in said sanggunian.
