Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide funding for its share of the cost of maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, the amount needed for the operation and maintenance of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
