The Treasurer of the State College.

Section 15

SEC. 15. The Treasurer of the State College.—The Treasurer of the Philippines shall be ex officio treasurer of the State College and all accounts and expenses therefor shall be audited by the Commission on Audit or its duly authorized representative.
