SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar, to be known as Tarangnan Municipal Hospital. The hospital shall be located at the Poblacion of the said municipality.
