Section 2

SEC. 2. The State College shall primarily provide higher vocational, professional, and technical instruction and training in the fields of industry, agriculture, fishery, engineering and sciences, as well as short-term vocational technical continuing courses. It shall also promote research, advanced studies, and progressive leadership in the fields of agriculture including agricultural education and home technology, fishery, forestry, industrial technology including industrial education, arts service trades, engineering and sciences.
