SEC. 2. The Pototan College of Arts and Sciences shall offer, in addition to its present secondary, post-secondary and vocational curricular offerings, four-year courses of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, Bachelor of Science in Practical Arts, Post-Secondary Trade Technical Education, Secondary Trade Education and such other courses as may be authorized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
