SEC. 2. The College shall offer in addition to its secondary and technical trade curricula, any or all of the following collegiate courses at the discretion of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports: (a) Four-year business education course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Education as well as the masteral degree thereof; (b) Four-year industrial arts course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts as well as the masteral degree thereof; (c) Four-year technical fishery course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Fisheries; (d) Two-year business education course leading to the title of Associate in Business Education; and (e) Two-year commerce course leading to the title of Associate in Commerce.
