SEC. 47. Sharing of National Revenues.—The computation of appropriations herein authorized for local government revenue sharing established under P.D. Nos. 144 and 436 (as amended) shall be based on revenues excluding income recorded but charged to the General Fund Adjustments and Customs Duties Fund provided in this Act assessed on otherwise tax-exempt government agencies and corporations. Compliance with the sharing formula as provided by law shall be determined taking into account all kinds allocated and released for local government units, except for the budgetary aid fund herein appropriated pursuant to Item No. 7 of P.D.
