Change of political affiliation.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Change of political affiliation.—Any person, including an elective official, may change his party affiliation for purposes of the election herein provided for. Cases for disqualification based on change of political party affiliation or guest candidacy pending in the Commission or the Supreme Court shall not be affected by the provisions of this section.
