SECTION 1. The following provincial roads in the Province of North Cotabato are converted into and declared as national roads:
(a) Kidapawan-Kalonasan-Mlang Road;
(b) Kidapawan-Magpet-Pangao-an Road;
(c) Magpet Poblacion-Binay-Nowa
-Basak-Temporan-Tiwayan
-Badiangon-Malibatuan
-Greenfield-Doroluman-Antipas Road;
(d) Libungan-Alamada-Giling-Banisilan Road.
