Capri in Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Quezon City, Metro Manila, is hereby separated from the said barangay and constituted into a distinct and independent barangay of said city to be known as Barangay Capri with the following technical description: north— Tullahan Creek and Lot 165-B of Nagkaisang Nayon; east—Lots 161-New C and 161-New B of Nagkaisang Nayon; south—Tullahan River; west—Tullahan Creek
