SEC. 5. Section 18 of the same Act is likewise amended to read as follows: "SEC. 18. The branch of the University of the Philippines in Region XI, the Davao School of Arts and Trades, the Mampising National Agricultural School, and the branches of Mindanao State University in Region XI, excluding the Mindanao State University General Santos Unit or branch, are hereby transferred to the University of Southeastern Philippines together with their functions, appropriations, records, equipment, property and personnel."
