SECTION 107. Statement of contributions and expenditures. - Every Candidate and treasure of the political party shall, not later than seven days, or earlier than ten days before the day of the election, file in duplicate with the office indicate in the following section, full, true and itemized, statement of all contributions and expenditures in connection with the election. Within thirty days after the day of the election, said candidate and treasurer shall also file in duplicate a supplemental statement of all contributions and expenditures not included in the statement filed prior to the day of the election.
