SECTION 270. Collection of legal fees. – The Commission is hereby authorized to collect fees as follows: (a) For furnishing certified transcript of records or copies of any record, decision or ruling or entry of which any person is entitled to demand and receive a copy, for every page P 2.00 (b) For every certificate or writ or process 10.00 (c) For each certificate not on process 2.00 (d) In appropriate cases, for filing a second and succeeding motions for reconsideration 50.00 (e) For every search of any record of more than one year’s standing and reading the same 10.00
