Section 7

SEC. 7. The first paragraph of section thirty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 38. Regular and acting judges of Municipal Court.—There shall be a Municipal Court for the City of Cebu, for which a judge shall be appointed, to be known as judge of the Municipal Court. He shall receive a salary of three thousand six hundred pesos per annum."
