Section 100
SEC. 100. Any person who, with intent or gain, willfully and unlawfully extracts minerals belonging to the Government or from a mining claim or mining claims leased, held or owned by other persons without the permission of the lawful lessee, holder or owner thereof, or steals ores or the products thereof from mines or mills, shall be guilty of theft, or qualified theft, as the case may be, and shall be punished, upon conviction, in accordance with the provisions of the Revised Penal Code, besides paying compensation for the damage caused thereby.
