Section 26

SEC. 26. Any person who shall destroy, injure, or interfere with any apparatus or appliance owned or operated by or in charge of the Commission or its agents, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand pesos or imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both, in the discretion of the court. Any public service permitting the destruction, injury to, or interference with, any such apparatus or appliance, shall forfeit a sum not exceeding four thousand pesos for each offense.
