SEC. 2. In determining the pay and rights of retirement of a commissioned officer or as an enlisted man in the Army of the United States, and/or as a cadet in the United States Military Academy or United States Naval Academy, shall be credited to the same extent as service under a regular commission or other active duty with the Army of the Philippines.
