SECTION 1. Section four hundred and ninety-nine of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 499. Right of military authorities to eject intruders.—The military authorities of the United States and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines shall have the right to eject any intruder or trespasser on any public lands reserved for military purposes in the Philippines, and to suppress open breaches of the peace and abate nuisances thereon."
