SEC. 4. Section six hundred and sixty-six of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 666. Publication of Official Roster.—From the records kept by the Commissioner of Civil Service shall be published an Official Roster at intervals determined by the President of the Philippines."
