Inhibition against the practice of mechanical engineering.

Section 12

SEC. 12. Inhibition against the practice of mechanical engineering. — Unless exempt from registration, no person shall practice or offer to practice mechanical engineering in the Philippines, without having previously obtained a certificate of registration from the Board of Mechanical Engineering Examiners.
