Allotments of internal revenue and other taxes.

Section 44

SEC. 44. Allotments of internal revenue and other taxes.—Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under section four hundred and ninety of the Administrative Code, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces, the City of Bacolod shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
