SECTION 1. Section one, paragraph (a), subsection A, item four of Commonwealth Act Numbered Sixty-seven, is amended so as to read as follows: "4. Fireproof vaults for registers of deeds in provincial capitals where suitable vaults are not available, including expenses incurred in previous years ......... P50,000.00"
