SEC. 5. Sections 13 and 14 of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and eighty-four are amended so as to read as follows: “SEC. 13. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of this Act and defray the necessary expenses incurred in the administration thereof until December 31, 1938. “SEC. 14. The President of the Philippines, on recommendation of the Institute of National Language shall order the disbursement of the sum or sums required for the publication provided for in this Act.”
