Section 5

SEC. 5. Moneys from sale of lands, etc., to accrue to city.—All moneys received from the sale of public lands within the city shall accrue to and be deposited in the treasury thereof, and all the fees and charges accruing within the city under general law which but for this Act would accrue to a province shall accrue to and be deposited in the treasury of the city.
