In case of disqualification of a member of the board.

Section 78

SEC. 78. In case of disqualification of a member of the board. — In case a member of the board of inspectors shall become disqualified to continue acting as such, his office shall be immediately filed by the substitute until the appointment of his successor by the presiding officer of the municipal council, and if the successor be likewise disqualified or cannot act for any reason whatsoever, the successor of the disqualified member shall be appointed as soon as possible upon the nomination by the party of his predecessor.
