Section 104
SEC. 104. Voter's affidavit. — Every person desiring to be registered in the list of voters shall, under oath taken before the board of inspectors, sign and affix the imprint of the thumb of his right hand to a statement in triplicate, wherein his name and surname, his place of birth, age on his last birthday, civil status, profession, occupation or trade and residence, giving his correct and exact address, that he possesses the qualifications required of a voter and that he is not in any way legally disqualified from voting, shall be set forth. The board of inspectors shall require that the thumbmark appear plainly printed.
