Section 110
SEC. 110. Challenge of right to register. — Any registered voter or any person applying for registration may be challenged before the board of inspectors on any registration day by any inspector, elector, candidate, or watcher. The board shall then examine the challenge person and shall receive such other evidence as it may deem pertinent after which it shall decide whether the elector shall be included in, or excluded from, the list as may be proper. All challenges shall be heard and decided, without delay, and in any case, within one hour after receiving the evidence. After the question has been decided, the board shall give to each party a brief certified statement setting forth the challenge and the decision thereon.
