Assembly District—Provincial Capital.

Section 49

SEC. 49. Assembly District—Provincial Capital.—Until otherwise provided by law, the Province of Zamboanga and the City of Zamboanga shall continue as one assembly district and the capital of the province, only for residential purposes of the Provincial Government, shall remain as heretofore.
