SEC. 7. Section two thousand and nineteen of the Administrative Code is amended so as to read as follows: I
"SEC. 2019. Special withdrawals.—The Director of Posts may, by regulation, provide that withdrawals not in excess of fifty pesos in each case may be paid by any local post-l master without first securing authority for such payment /from the central office."
