Section 22

SEC. 22. The Agricultural and Industrial Bank is authorized to guarantee both as to principal and interest, or either, bonds issued by duly incorporated companies for agricultural, industrial, or commercial purposes. The guarantee by the Agricultural and Industrial Bank on any bond authorized herein shall be lawful only when approved by the President of the Philippines. UNDERWRITING
