Section 6

Sec. 6. City not liable for damages. - The failure of any city officer to enforce die provisions of this Act or any law or ordinance, or the negligence of said officer while enforcing or attempting to enforce the sane, shall not cause the city to be held liable for damages or injuries to persons or property.
